At Posh Patterns, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident when shopping for men’s fashion, including Punjabi, shirts, T-shirts, trousers, and other menswear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process simple, clear, and convenient.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact. Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain products are not eligible for return or exchange. These include innerwear, discounted or clearance items, customized or altered products, and products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.

Posh Patterns Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges for size issues, color issues where the requested color is available, and verified defective or damaged products. If your preferred size or color is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or receive store credit, subject to our applicable terms.

Posh Patterns Return Policy

Returns may be accepted in cases such as wrong product delivery, manufacturing defects, or verified product quality issues. Once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team, an approved request may be resolved through a replacement product, store credit, or refund where applicable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange from Posh Patterns, please contact our customer support team at info@posh-patterns.com. Please provide your order number, reason for the return or exchange, and clear photos of the product if requested. Our team will review your request and provide the necessary instructions for returning or exchanging the product. You may be asked to ship the product or drop it off at our designated location. Approved return and exchange requests are generally processed within 3–5 business days after the product is received and inspected.

Return & Exchange Shipping Charges

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, Posh Patterns will cover the applicable return shipping cost. For exchanges requested because of size preference, color preference, or other customer preference, the applicable shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

Important Return & Exchange Information

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require advance verification before processing. Posh Patterns reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange request if the product does not meet the conditions stated in this policy. Store credit cannot be converted into cash and is subject to the applicable terms communicated by our team.
